Understand that truth about that question in your soul…" -Beyonce`, Bigger

Dear Brilliant Community,

Lately, I’ve been living with a question that surfaces in clarity calls, quiet mornings, and bold decisions:  What is the life waiting for you to choose it back?

Since launching Brilliant Corners last November, I’ve held space for women standing at thresholds. They arrived with business ideas, dreams, or unspoken "what ifs." Not all left with a plan—but every one left clearer, more whole, and more ready.

In helping them, I’ve been helping myself.

I’m choosing clarity.

Finishing what I once walked away from.

Stopping the wait for permission.

I hear:

Step in your essence and know that you're excellent. Rise (Rise), the spirit is teachin'. No, I'm not just preachin', I'm takin' my own advice.

 The Beacons Lighting the Way

This week, I’ve been reflecting on those who reveal our truth simply by witnessing it:

1. New Friends

I'd admired Debra's government contracting insight from afar, and honestly, I almost didn't reach out. But I'm so glad I hit "send." Our hour-long calls and frequent text exchanges did more than just answer my questions; they unlocked new possibilities. Debra helped me see that local contracts weren't a last resort—they were, in fact, my genuine calling. What I'd once dismissed as "crazy" intuition, she affirmed as absolute clarity. Her guidance felt like a profound, ancestral birthright.

2. My College Roommate

That same sacred bond is something I share with my college roommate. Even 35 years later, we're still navigating parallel journeys, celebrating each other's successes, and providing unwavering clarity and support despite the miles between us. We might not speak daily, but our conversations always feel as if no time has passed—a powerful testament to enduring sisterhood.

The Sacred Thread

These connections aren’t silver platters.

They’re beacons—reminding us:

I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be. This is the interrelated structure of reality. - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

This is Ubuntu: "I am because We are.

This is Beyoncé urging: "Life is your birthright...

Take the pen and rewrite it."

This is sisterhood showing us: You don’t have to go it alone.

I’m stepping into the dream that chose me—and choosing it back.

Because when women root for each other without agenda?

Fires ignite. Capacity expands. Souls grow bigger.

You're Bigger!
You're Bigger!

🌱 This Week’s Prompt

Who are the beacons in your life?

The ones who didn’t hand you a map—but showed you your inner compass?

Who made space for your truth and affirmed your power?

Send them a note. Say thank you. Let them know they lit the path.

With you in the field,

Soyini
